2. What Fudakan is

Fudakan is a social network made by fans for fans of Pokémon card collecting. It lets you create an account, mark the cards you own across the game's official sets, arrange them in binders, pick four for your showcase, show your profile to other people, find out who has or wants a card and browse the community's binders.

Fudakan doesn't sell cards or take part in any sale.

The prices shown are indicative: they are Cardmarket's trend price, obtained through the open project TCGdex and checked against the Pokémon TCG API's. It is a price per card that doesn't distinguish language, condition, edition or whether it's graded, and it may not be up to date. Next to the price there are links to view the card on Cardmarket and on eBay: they are ordinary links, for which Fudakan earns nothing. Fudakan doesn't appraise cards or guarantee any value, and has no relationship with Cardmarket, eBay or TCGdex.

3. Fan project, not official

Fudakan is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company. “Pokémon”, the character names and the card images are trademarks and works of their respective owners, and are mentioned here only to identify the cards each person collects.

The card data (name, set, number, rarity) comes from the project Pokémon TCG API. The card images aren't stored on Fudakan: the browser loads them directly from the servers of the open project TCGdex (in English and, where they exist, in Spanish) and, for the few it doesn't have, from those of the Pokémon TCG API.

If you own any of these rights and want us to remove or change something, write to [email protected] and we'll deal with it as soon as possible.

4. Using the website

You can browse Fudakan freely. To save your collection you need an account, which is governed by the terms of use and the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property of the website

The design, the texts, the Fudakan name, its seal and this website's code belong to its owners. Copying or reusing them for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed. This protection doesn't extend to the card images or names, which belong to the owners named in section 3.

6. Liability

  • The card data comes from a third-party project and may contain errors or take time to update.
  • We take care to keep the website working, but we can't guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of faults.
  • What each person writes on their profile and the images they upload are their own responsibility. They aren't reviewed before being published; if you see something that shouldn't be there, let us know (images have a “Report” button) and we'll remove it.
  • Links to other websites are offered for reference; we don't control their content.
